Hong Kong has fully demonstrated itsresilience in weathering the pandemic in thepast few years. Among the edges enjoyed byHong Kong, innovation and technology (I&T)holds one of the keys for driving economicgrowth and hence enhancing the overallcompetitiveness of our society. In October2023, the Chief Executive delivered the PolicyAddress, which gave further impetus topromote the development of Hong Kong intoan international I&T centre.
